摘　　要：应用聚偏氟乙烯（ＰＶＤＦ）中空纤维微孔膜对油田注水水质进行了深度处理，净化水中悬浮物固体粒径＜０８μｍ，悬浮固体量＜０５ｍｇ／Ｌ单支膜组件８９ｍｍ×１０００ｍｍ净化能力＞１５ｔ／ｈ从操作管理及净水质量方面，全自动膜过滤装置均优于手动操作膜过滤装置对于油田采出含油污水进行了初步净化处理。The water from Luanhe has been deep treated with PVDF hollow fiber microporous membrane for injection water into oil field The size of suspension solids in purifying water is<08μm,the amount of it is <05mg/LThe flux of a module is >15t/h(the module size is 89mm×1000mm)And the automatic operation of membrane filter is better than the manual operation in management of operation and the quatity of purifying waterThe produced water from oil field has been treated with PVDF membrane
