摘　　要：通过对短信技术与就业问题的综合研究,提出一种在就业网站依托下,基于本体和Agent技术的短信就业服务解决方案。制定了就业领域本体,提出相容匹配算法,构造了求职、招聘、中介三方Agent模型,实现智能检索和双向推送,并以求职Agent为例描述短信就业平台的实现过程。Based on comprehensively research on the SMS technology and employment, this paper proposes the SMS employment services solution on Web site based on ontology and Agent technology. It establishes the ontology of employment filed, proposes compatible matching algorithm, constructs the tripartite Agent model of job-seekers, recruitment and intermediary and realizes intelligent search and two-way push. And taking Agent for example, the realization process of SMS employment platform is described.
