摘　　要：目的考察头孢呋辛钠与果糖注射液配伍的稳定性。方法观察配伍液外观、测定配伍液pH值,采用HPLC法测定头孢呋辛钠含量。结果头孢呋辛钠与果糖注射液配伍后,pH值及外观无明显变化,6h内头孢呋辛钠含量没明显变化。结论头孢呋辛钠可以与果糖注射液配伍使用。Objective To study the stability of the compatibility of cefuroxime sodium and fructose injection. Methods To observe the appearance and the PH value of the mixture of cefuroxime sodium and fructose injection as well as to determine the content of cefuroxime by High pressure liquid chromatography. Results There are no significant difference of the appearance and PH value of the mixture and the concentration of cefuroxime maintain constantly in 6 hours. Conclusion The compatibility of cefuroxime sodium and fructose injection is stable and reliable.
