HPLC法测定毓麟合剂中甘草酸和淫羊藿苷的含量

摘　　要：目的：建立毓麟合剂的质量控制方法。方法：采用HPLC法测定甘草酸和淫羊藿苷的含量。结果：甘草酸在0．033～0．135mg·mL^-1浓度范围的线性关系良好，平均回收率为100．2％，RSD为0．54％（n=5）。淫羊藿苷在0．015～0．15mg·mL^-1浓度范围内线性关系良好，平均回收率为100．3％，RSD为0．96％（n=5）。结论：本方法简便，易行，精密度高，重复性好，能够控制毓麟合剂的质量。Objective： To establish a method for quality control of Yu-lin Mixture. Methods ： The contents of glycyrrhizic acid and icariin were determinated by HPLC. Result： Methods of the qualitative identification were specific and reproducible. The linear range of glycyrrhizic acid was 0. 033 0. 135 mg·mL^-1, the average recovery of glycyrrhizic acid was 100. 2% and relative standard deviation （RSD） was 0.54% （n = 5 ）. The linear range of icariin was 0.015 -0. 15 mg·mL^-1, the average recovery of icariin was 100. 3% and RSD was 0. 96% （n =5）. Conclusion： The method is convenient, simple, repeatable and of high precision. The method can be used for quality control of Yu-lin Mixture.
