摘　　要：随着网络化的发展,许多图书馆都建立了自己的虚拟参考咨询台。但是由于各种原因,图书馆的虚拟参考咨询台良莠不齐,客观上需要对其作出评价,以促进虚拟参考咨询台的建设。针对这种情况,本文采用DEMATEL方法对影响虚拟参考咨询台的所有可能因素进行关联分析,系统分析了各影响因素的综合影响指数,按照中心度的大小,得出影响虚拟参考咨询台的主要因素,从而在此基础上指出构建虚拟参考咨询台的主要关键。With the development of networks, many libraries have established their Virtual Reference Desk. However, due to various reasons, the good and bad are intermingled, the Library＇s Virtual Reference Desk needs to make the appraisal objectively to it, promotes the Virtual Reference Desk building. In light of this situation, the paper uses DEMATEL method to carry on the incidence analysis On all possible factors influencing the Virtual Reference Desk, the systematic analysis synthesis influence index, of each influencing factor＇s, so the major factors are recognized, according to their the central degrees, Based on the above, the construction of the Virtual Reference Desk＇s key is established.
