摘　　要：解决产品设计中的冲突是推动设计向理想化方向进化的动力。本文给出了运用TRIZ理论对专利进行分析的方法,并对专利内容进行了要点提取,借助先进的计算机软件编程技术,开发了基于TRIZ的专利分析系统。该系统不仅可以对企业研发人员在产品设计中提出的技术冲突给出已有解决方案,还可以给出TRIZ理论建议的其他解决方法。Solving the conflict in product design is the evolution power which promotes the design to the idealized direction. This paper tells us the method and the example that how to analyze the patent by using the TRIZ theory, extracts the main point of the content and constructs the analysis retrieval system of the patent. This system not only gives the existing solution to the technical conflict advanced by enterprise personnel but proposes other methods in TRIZ theory.
