摘　　要：对信用信息进行整合与共享,构建信用档案体系,是社会信用体系建设的重要依托。对电子政务环境下信用信息资源共享进行了评述。提出了基于政务信息资源共享的信用档案体系的框架,主要由两部分组成:以信用档案为支撑的社会信用体系和以政务信息资源共享为支撑的信用档案体系,该框架主张建立以政府为主导的社会信用体系,同时充分吸取电子政务信息资源共享建设的成果。To integrate and share credit information and build a credit file system, is an important basis of the social credit construction. In this paper, Credit information resources sharing was reviewed on e-government environment. A framework of credit files system based on e-government information resource sharing is proposed, which mainly contains two components： the social credit system supported by credit file and the credit file system supported by the e-government information resource sharing This framework advocates the establishment of government-led social credit system, and takes full ad＇ vantage of e-government information resources building.
