AFB_1酶免试剂盒中酶标抗原的稳定性研究

摘　　要：通过添加保护剂,使AFB1酶免试剂盒中冻干的酶标抗原溶解后能保存更长时间。采用4种保护剂(叠氮钠、硫柳汞、BSA、Proclin)分别加入酶标抗原稀释液进行ELISA试验,考察溶解状态下的酶标抗原保存在4℃冰箱和37℃保温箱中的稳定性。结果得出,加保护剂Proclin的稳定效果最好,酶标抗原溶液在4℃冰箱能保存6个月以上,提高了试剂盒的质量。The lyophilized enzyme-labeled antigen in AFB1 ELISA kit could be stored for a longer time by adding protective reagent.Four kinds of protective reagents（NaN3,Merthiolate,BSA and Proclin）were added to enzyme-labeled antigen buffer for ELISA test.The stability of dissolved enzyme-labeled antigen stored at 4 ℃ refrigerator and 37 ℃ incubator were observed.The results showed that the stability effect of Proclin was best.Enzyme-labelled antigen could be stored at 4 ℃ refrigerator for more than 6 months,which improved the quality of the kit.
