摘  要:[目的]为生物柴油的制备提供依据。[方法]以黄连木籽油为原料,复合酶为催化剂,通过黄连木籽油与乙酸乙酯的酯交换反应制备生物柴油。研究了不同因素(复合酶比例,油酯摩尔比,有机溶剂,反应温度,反应时间,有机碱加入量)对生物柴油得率的影响。[结果]生物柴油得率在复合酶比例和反应时间达到最佳条件(1∶5、15 h)前快速增加,而后趋于稳定。在油酯摩尔比、有机溶剂、反应温度、有机碱加入量达到最佳条件(1∶7、叔丁醇5 ml、45℃、油重的10%)前,生物柴油得率快速增加,而后剧烈下降。[结论]以黄连木籽油为原料,在最佳反应条件下,生物柴油的得率为54%。[Objective] The aim was to provide the basis for the preparation of biodiesel.[Method] With seed oil of Pistacia chinensis as the material and compound lipases as catalyst;,the biodiesel was prepared through transesterification of P.chinensis seed oil and ethyl acetate.The effects of different factors (ratio of compound lipases,molar ratio of methyl acetate to oil,organic solvent,reaction temperature,reaction time,organic base amount) on yield rate of biodiesel were studied.[Result]The yield rate of biodiesel increased rapidly before compound lipases ratio and reaction time reached the optimum (1:5, 15 h) condition, and then tended to be stable. And the yield rote of biodiesel increased rapidly before molar ratio of methyl acetate to oil, organic solvent, reaction temperature, organic base amount reached the optinum(1:7, tea-butyl alcohol 5 ml, 45℃, 10% of oil weight) condition, and then decreased s 'b.arply. [Conclusion]With seed oil of P. chinensis as the material, the yield rate of biodiesel was 54% under the optimum reaction condition.
