摘 要:[目的]为乌鲁木齐的荒山绿化植物选择提供依据。[方法]以刺叶锦鸡儿、白皮锦鸡儿和柠条锦鸡儿为材料,幼苗生长90 d时停止浇水,叶片枯蔫后再恢复浇水。研究了叶片中脯氨酸、可溶性糖、丙二醛和叶绿素含量的变化。[结果]刺叶锦鸡儿在干旱处理后第12天叶片大量枯黄,另外2种锦鸡儿在第18天叶片枯黄。正常水分条件下,3种锦鸡儿的脯氨酸含量较低,在0.002~0.005 mg/g之间。干旱处理后期快速增加,浇水后含量下降。叶片枯黄时,柠条锦鸡儿的脯氨酸含量最高,为(0.970±0.004)mg/g。可溶性糖含量的变化趋势与脯氨酸相似。正常水分条件下,刺叶锦鸡儿的可溶性糖含量最高。柠条锦鸡儿的丙二醛含量呈M型曲线变化,白皮锦鸡儿始终保持较低水平,刺叶锦鸡儿在处理后期含量较高。干旱期间,3种锦鸡儿的叶绿素含量持续下降,恢复浇水后上升。[结论]刺叶锦鸡儿的抗旱能力较白皮锦鸡儿和柠条锦鸡儿弱。[ Objective] The aim was to provide the basis for the greening of barren hills in Unmqi. [ Method] With Caragana acntophylla, Caragana leucophloea, Caragana koshinshii as the materials, watering was stopped at the 90th day after seedling growth and was recovered after leaf withering. And the changes of contents of praline, soluble sugar, MDA and ehlorophyll in leaves were studied. [Result]After drought treatment, most leaves of C. acanthophylla withered and yellowed at the 12th day, and the leaves of other 2 kinds of Caragana withered and yellowed at the 18th day. Under nom',al water con- dition, the praline contents in 3 kinds of Caragana were low, being 0.002 - 0.005 mg/g. At the later stage of drought trealment, the praline content increased quickly, and it decreased after watering. When the leaf withered and yellowed, the praline content in C. korshinskii was the highest, being 0.970 +0.004 mg/g. The changing trend of soluble sugar content was similar with that of praline. Under normal water condition, the soluble sugar content in C. acantophylla was the highest. The change of MDA content in C. korhinshkii showed an M curve, the MDA content in C. leucoplloea was always at low level and that in C. acantophylla was higher at the later stage of drought treatment. During drought treatmont, the chlorophyll contents in 3 kinds of Caragana decreased continuously and increased after water reverting. [ Conclusion]The drought resistance of C. acnthophylla was weaker than those of C. leucophloea and C. korshinskii.
