摘  要:[目的]探索环境条件对催花牡丹光合特性的影响。[方法]以肉芙蓉和银红巧对为材料,研究日光温室环境条件对2种催花处理(自然低温生根培养和低温加晾根)牡丹光合特性的影响。[结果]自然低温生根打破休眠春节催花处理的牡丹植株的叶片净光合速率在全部测定时间内均显著高于相应的低温加晾根打破休眠春节催花处理的牡丹植株 前者叶片的气孔导度和蒸腾速率在9:30~14:30间均显著高于后者,其他时间两者差异不显著。2个处理的牡丹在日光温室条件下净光合速率和环境CO2浓度、细胞间隙CO2浓度的灰色关联度均大于净光合速率与光合有效辐射的灰色关联度。[结论]该研究为牡丹春节催花生产和提高催花品质提供了技术指导和理论依据。[Objective] The aim was to explore the effect of the environmental conditions on the photosynthetic characteristics of Paeonia suffruticosa that was forced to flower ahead of the Spring Festival.[Method] With Rou Furong and Yin Hongqiaodui as tested materials,the effects of the greenhouse environmental conditions on the photosynthetic characteristics of P.suffruticosa with 2 treatments that forced to flower(natural low temperature and rooting culture;low temperature and air-dried root) were studied.[Result] The net photosynthetic rates of the leaves of P. suffrut/cosa whose dormncy was bro- ken to be forced for flower ahead of the Spring Festival in the treatment of natural low tenperature and rooting culture were all higher significantly than that of P. suffruticosa in the treament of the low temperature and air-dried root. The stomatal conductance and transpiration rate of the P. suffruticosa leaves in the fomer treatment were all higher significantly than that in the later treatment between 9:30 and 14:30 and that in other time had no significant differ- ence. The grey correlation between the net photosynthetic rate and the environmet CO2 coucn, and that between the net photosynthetic rate and the inter- cellular space CO2 concn, were all larger than that between the net photosynthetic rote and photosynthetic active radiation. [ Conclusion] The research pro- vided the technical guidance and theoretical basis for the production of P. suffruticosa forced to flower ahead of the Spring Festival and the quality ad- vancement of P. suffruticosa forced to flower.
