山东莱州发现三倍体薤白

摘　　要：[目的]对山东莱州居群的薤白进行染色体核型分析。[方法]取薤白根尖,用8-羟基喹啉溶液预处理后,固定、解离、染色后制片,镜检并统计染色体数目,然后选用染色体形态好且分散的细胞,在显微镜下拍照分析。[结果]莱州居群薤白为三倍体,体细胞染色体数目为24,核型公式为K(2n)=3x=24 m(1SAT)+1Bs,属于1A型。3号染色体中的1条具有随体,5号染色体中的1条可能出现缺失现象。另外,部分细胞内还发现B染色体的存在。[结论]三倍体薤白的存在国内尚属首次发现。[Objective] The aim was to make the karyotype analysis on Allium macrostemon of population in Laizhou City in Shandong Province. [Method] The root tip of Allium macrostemon was taken,then it was pretreated with the hydroxyquinoline liquor and it was conducted for preparing the section after fixing,dissociating and dying.The microscopic examination and statistic number of chromosomes were made and then the cells of chromosomes with good form and dispersion were selected to take picture and analyze under the microscope [ Result ] Allium macrostemon population in Laizhou City was triploid, the number of son,tic chroeosomes was 24 and the fomula of karyotype was K（2n） = 3x = 24 m （ISAT） ＋ 1Bs, belonging to 1A. The one chromosome in No.3 chromosome had satellite and the one chromosome in No.5 chromosome maybe had deficient phenomena. Otherwise, it was also found that B chromosome was in some ceils. [ Conclusion] The existence of triploid Allium macrstemon was first found in China.
