摘 要:[目的]探索低成本高含量的穿心莲内酯的提取工艺。[方法]以穿心莲茎叶为材料,粉碎后在不同pH值的NaOH溶液中,利用超声波法提取穿心莲内酯。测定了提取的浸膏中穿心莲内酯的含量和回收率。[结果]NaOH溶液的pH值为7.5时,穿心莲内酯浸膏的得率最低,为3.57%,浸膏中穿心莲内酯的含量最高,为9.5000%。当NaOH溶液的pH值为9.5时,穿心莲内酯浸膏的得率最高,为6.71%,浸膏中穿心莲内酯的含量最低,为0.0190%。该检测方法的平均回收率为99.9%。[结论]pH值为7.5的NaOH溶液中,超声波法提取的穿心莲内酯总量最多;在pH值为9.5的NaOH溶液中提取的穿心莲内酯总量最少。[Objective] The aim was to explore the extraction process for andrographolide with low cost and high content.[Method]With the stem and leaf of Andrographis panniculata as the material,after crushed the andrographolide from them was extracted with ultrasonic method in sodium hydroxide solution at different pH value.The andrographolide content in extract and its recovery were determined. [Result] When pH value of sodium hydroxide solution was 7.5,the yield rate of andrographolide extract was the lowest(3.57%) and the andrographolide content in extract was the highest (9.500 0% ). When pH value of sodium hydroxide solution was 9.5, the yiekl rate of andrographolide extract was the highest (6.71% ) and the andrographolide content in extract was the lowest (0.019 0% ). The average recovery of andrographolide by this method was 99.9%. [Conclusion] In sodium hydroxide solution with pH value of 7.5, the total amount of andrographolide extracted by ultrasonic method was the most and thatin .sodium hydroxide solution with pH value of 9.5 was the least.
