摘  要:[目的]采用水蒸气蒸馏法对臭柏细枝叶精油的提取工艺进行研究。[方法]研究原料破碎程度、蒸馏时间、加水量、NaCl质量分数和浸泡时间对臭柏细枝叶精油出油率的影响。并采用正交试验优化臭柏细枝叶精油的提取工艺。[结果]正交试验优选的提取工艺为:每次加700 ml水,2%NaCl,水蒸气蒸馏3 h,在该提取工艺条件下,提取效果较好。蒸馏时间为最主要影响因素,其次是加水量,最后是NaCl质量分数;粉碎并浸泡一定时间臭柏细枝叶可显著缩短提取时间,2 h的浸泡时间为宜。[结论]为臭柏的生物活性及药用价值的开发利用提供了科学基础,对于开发和充分利用这一植物资源具有重要的现实意义。[Objective] The research aimed to study the extraction of essential oil from Sabina vulgaris Ant.leaves and thin tress by steam distillation.[Method] The effects of raw material stave degree,distilling time,adding water,NaCl and soaking time on the extraction rate of Sabina vulgaris Ant.leaves and thin tress were studied.And the extraction technological conditions of essential oil from Sabina vulgaris Ant.leaves and thin tress were optimized by the orthogonal test.[Result]The optimum extraction technological conditions of essential oil from Sabina vtdgaris Ant. leaves and thin tress were as follows: Adding water 700 ml ever), time, 2% NaCl, steam distilling time 3 h. Under this condition, the extraction effect was better. The order of the influencing significance of the parameters tested was: Distilling time 〉 adding water〉 brine concentration. Comminuting and soaking Sabina vulgaris Ant. leaves and thin tress for a certain period could reduce the extraction time, and 2 h was suitable. [Conclusion] The study can provide the sciontitle basis for developing and utilizing the biological activity and the medicinal value of Sabina rulgrusi, and had important practical significance to develop and utilize the Sabina culgaris Ant. resource.
