摘 要:[目的]研究超声提取对细脚拟青霉菌丝体抗氧化活性的影响,确立最佳提取工艺。[方法]以DPPH自由基清除率为指标,采用单因素试验和L9(34)正交试验法对提取溶剂、提取次数、超声温度、时间、料液比和超声功率等条件进行研究。[结果]超声提取细脚拟青霉菌丝体中抗氧化活性成分的最佳工艺条件为:以水为提取溶剂,提取温度30℃,提取时间30 min,料液比1∶30,提取功率290 W,提取次数2次。[结论]与常规提取方法相比,超声波提取法是一种简单、耗时短、效率高的提取方法。[Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of ultrasonic extraction on the antioxidant ability of Paecilomyces tenuipes mycelia and confirm the optimum extraction method.[Method] With DPPH free radical scavenging rate as the index,the ultrasonic extraction conditions such as extraction solvent,extraction times,ultrasonic temperature,time,solid-liquid ratio and ultrasonic power were studied by using single factor test and L9(34) orthogonal design. [Result] The opttimum edraction process conditions for antioxidant active components from P. tenu/pes mycelia by ultrasonic extraction were as followings: with water as extraction solvent, extraction terapemtme of 30℃, extraction time of 30min, solid-liquid ratio of 1:30, extraction power of 290 W and extraction times of twice. [Conclusion] Copared with conventional extraction methods, ultrasonic extraction is a kind of simple, timesaving and efficient method.
