DUS Test of Hybrid Cotton Varieties and Discussion on Its Relative Problems

摘　　要：[目的]为了补充新品种DUS测试所需标准品种库。[方法]以24个标准品种和6个待测品种为材料,通过田间性状鉴定和测试研究了杂交棉品种的DUS测试,并讨论了相关问题。[结果]标杂A1的株高为120.7 cm,单铃重为5.8 g,衣分为38.4%,生育期为115 d,纤维长度为31.4 mm,整齐度指数为83.3%,马克隆值为4.5,比强度为28.7 CN/tex。标杂A2的株高为123.6 cm,单铃重为5.8 g,衣分为36.1%,生育期为117 d,纤维长度为33.2 mm,整齐度指数为82.0%,马克隆值为4.4,比强度为29.6 CN/tex。豫杂35的株高为112.6 cm,单铃重为5.3 g,衣分为40.5%,生育期为114 d,纤维长度为31.1 mm,整齐度指数为83.5%,马克隆值为4.1,比强度为28.6 CN/tex。[结论]该研究对待保护品种的DUS测试具有重要的参考价值和指导意义。[Objective] The aim was to supplement the standard variety library needed by the DUS（distinctness,uniformity and stability） test of new varieties.[Method] With 24 standard varieties and 6 tested varieties as materials,the DUS test of hybrid cotton varieties were studied through field character identification and test and the relative problems were discussed.[Result] The plant height,single boll weight,lint percentage,growth period,fiber length,uniformity index,Mic value and specific strength of Biaoza A1 were 120.7 cm,5.8 g,38.4%,115 d,31.4 mm,83.3%,4.5 and 28.7 CN/tex,that of Biaoza A2 were 123.6 cm,5.8 g,36.1%,117 d,33.2 mm,82.0%,4.4 and 29.6 CN/tex and that of Yuza 35 were 112.6 cm,5.3 g,40.5%,114 d,31.1 mm,83.5%,4.1 and 28.6 CN/tex.[Conclusion] The study had important reference value and guidance meaning for the DUS test of varieties awaiting protection.
