不同还原环境下Fe^0/厌氧微生物联合体系降解硝基苯的研究

摘  要:采用间歇试验,对不同还原条件下Fe0/厌氧微生物联合体系降解硝基苯(NB)进行了研究。结果表明,铁还原环境和硫酸盐还原环境对Fe0/厌氧微生物联合体系降解硝基苯起促进作用;反硝化环境起抑制作用。各还原环境下测得Fe2+浓度与硝基苯的降解效果成正比关系,由此可见,Fe0在Fe0/厌氧微生物联合体系降解硝基苯的过程中起了很重要的作用。A batch laboratory test was conducted to study the degradation of nitrobenzene (NB) using an integrated microbial-Fe^0 treatment system under different reducing condition. The results showed that: the degradation rate was promoted under iron-reducing environment or sulfate-reducing environment; however, under denitrification environment, the degradation of nitrobenzene was inhibited. Fe^2+ concentration is in direct proportion with the nitrobenzene degradation effect under various environments; therefore, Fe^0 played an important role in the process ofnitrobenzene degradation in the inte-grated microbial-Fe^0 treatment system.
