氨合成塔向心型径向床中进口温度分布不均匀的分析

摘　　要：通过建立氨合成塔向心型径向床分流流道和环隙气体中的传热模型,计算了径向床进口气体的温度分布,通过算例表明径向床进口温度分布不均匀也是同圆周面温度分布不均匀的重要原因,值得设计者注意。Through establishment of gas heat exchange module of branched channels and annular gap in centripetal radial bed of synthesis converter, distribution of gas temperature of radial bed is'calculated. Through calculation examples, it is indicated that uneven of temperature distribution at inlet is the main cause of uneven temperature distribution along the same cycle.
