硬度对钢蜗轮副材料磨损特性的影响

摘  要:探讨了硬度对钢蜗轮副材料磨损特性的影响,为研究钢蜗轮副合理的硬度配对提供试验依据。在无润滑、室温条件下,在SRVⅣ微动磨损试验机上考察了硬度对12Cr2Ni4钢-18Cr2Ni4WA钢摩擦副磨损特性的影响。结果表明,钢蜗轮副材料一方硬度的增大会增强其本身的耐磨性,但是同时也会导致对偶件磨损的加剧,钢蜗轮副材料间存在一个合理的硬度配对,使得钢蜗轮副双方具有相近的使用寿命;试验条件下,摩擦副双方磨损体积相近的硬度配对为HRC59-HRC41。The influence of hardness difference on the wear behaviour of steel-steel worm gear's material is investigated,which provides a foundation for proper hardness matching. The wear behavior of 18Cr2Ni4WA steel- 12Cr2Ni4 steel is investigated with a SRVⅣ oscillating friction and wear tester under dry sliding condition at room temperature. The result indicates that the wear resistance of worm gear increases and that of the counterpart decreases with the hardness of worm gear increasing and there is a hardness matching making them have similar service life. Under test conditions, the reasonable matching of friction pairs is HRC59-HRC41 with equal wear volume.
