摘 要:采用动态机械热分析法和热剌激电流法研究了二氧化硅填充的乙丙橡胶的松弛特性,实验结果表明,经处理的二氧化硅与橡胶有较强的相互作用使大分子链受到束缚,DMA、TSC的实验结果具有一定对应性,TSC法还可以揭示出更多的复合材料界面的电学性质。The relaxation process of polymers changes remarkably after being filled with inorganic fillers, probably because free volume changes, or fillers affect movements of polymer chain or the crystallizing process. The relaxation characteristics of sillica filled EPDM were studied by applying the methods of dynamic mechanical analysis(DMA) and thermally stimulated current(TSC). Experimental results show that the movements of EPDM chain are restrained by particles of silane treated silica, and there are correspondence between DMA and TSC test results. What is more, the electrical properties of interfaces of the composite can be obtained through TSC test.
