摘 要:通过沉降法和透射电镜直接表征了碳黑颜料-醇酸树脂分散体系的分散稳定性,同时测试了各分散体系的流变性、研究了流变性与分散稳定性的关系。结果表明,碳黑-醇酸树脂体系的分散稳定性愈好,抗絮凝性愈强,其流变性愈接近于牛顿行为;反之,分散体系的稳定性愈差,则其触变性愈显著,触变环愈大。In order to get a method for analyzing the coating dispersed system, the dispersion stability of carbon black pigmentalkyd resin dispersed system has been characterized by means of settling and transmission electron microscopy, meanwhile the rheological properties of dispersions also have been investigated, so that the relationship of rheological properties and dispersion stability has been studied. It has been shown that, the morestable the dispersion, the stronger its deffloculation, the closer to Newtonian its flow behaviour. Conversely, the less stable the dispersion, the stronger its floculation, the more remarkable its thixotropy, the bigger its hysteresis loop. As a result, the rheological method can be used for analyzing the dispersed state of pigment, for evaluating and choosing dispersant, and indicating the application of the coating, such as leveling and sagging.
