摘  要:目的:探讨原位杂交技术检测肛周、外阴HPV(6/11型)感染的诊断价值,观察中医中药方剂治疗尖锐湿疣的疗效和价值。方法:采用原位杂交检测方法确诊和判定HPV感染,应用燥湿解毒、清热扶正方剂治疗尖锐湿疣患者,实验组82例,疣体切除加中药局部熏洗和口服汤剂,对照组81例行疣体切除。结果:实验组82例,HPV 6/11型均阳性,术后复发率7.32%(6/82),对照组81例HPV 6/11型均阳性,术后复发率20.98(17/81)%,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:原位杂交技术检测肛周、外阴HPV感染客观、准确、可靠,清热扶正方剂治疗尖锐湿疣患者疗效显著、可降低尖锐湿疣的复发率。Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of detectiving perineum infection of Human papiuomavirus 6/11 type ( HPV 6/11 ) by in situ hybridization, and to sdudy the clinical effect and value of Clearing away Heat and Reinforcing Body Re- sistance Prescription in CA. Methods :In situ hybridization was adapted to get a definite diagnosis of infection of HPV . The pa- tients with CA were treated by Clearing away Heat and Reinforcing Body Resistance Prescription. 163 cases with CA were includ- ed in this trail ,82 cases in trail group ,81 cases in control group. Patients in trail group received excision of warts ,local fumiga- tion,together with taking the prescription. While the control group only received the same operation therapy. Results:The detec- tions of HPV 6/11 in both group were all positive. The recurrence rate was 7.32% (6/82) ,20.98 ( 17/81 ) in two groups respec- tively. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion:In situ hybridization was objective, accu- rate and reliable to detect perineum infection of HPV. The effect of Clearing away Heat and Reinforcing Body Resistance Prescrip- tion was distingwished and it can decreased the recurrence rate of CA extremely.
