敏疏糖胶囊对2型糖尿病外周胰岛素抵抗(痰湿证)患者症状体征的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察敏疏糖胶囊对2型糖尿病外周胰岛素抵抗(痰湿证)患者的疗效,探索有效的治疗方法,减轻患者的症状体征。方法:采用随机双盲、双模拟、平行对照原则,以2型糖尿病外周胰岛素抵抗中医辨证属痰湿证的患者192例为对象,分为治疗组和对照组,均以格列吡嗪作为基础降糖治疗;治疗组服用敏疏糖胶囊和盐酸吡格咧酮模拟剂治疗;对照组服用盐酸吡格咧酮和敏疏糖胶囊模拟治疗。治疗第0、8、16周分别记录患者症状积分,比较两组疗效。结果:治疗组显效率、有效率,对照组显效率、有效率,治疗组优于对照组,具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:敏疏糖胶囊对2型糖尿病外周胰岛素抵抗(痰湿证)患者症状体征的改善具有较好疗效。Objective ： Observate Minshutang capsule of the type 2 diabetes peripheral insulin resistance （ Tanshi Syndromes ） in the treatment,and explore effective methods of treatment to reduce the symptoms of patients with signs. Results ： The remarkable efficiency, efficiency, control group was efficient, effective, the treatment group than the control group ,with significant differences （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：Capsule on sugar-reduced type 2 dia- betes peripheral insulin resistance （Tanshi Syndromes） in patients with symptoms and signs of improvement with good effect.
