摘 要:通过测定合金ZL114A的DSC曲线研究了熔体结构变化温度、超温处理对过冷度的影响。在此基础上,探讨了超温处理对凝固组织的影响。结果表明:随着超温处理温度升高,过冷度增大;熔体超温处理使得α-Al相二次枝晶间距变小,共晶Si相颗粒化和纤维化;相同冷却速率下,熔体中Aln、Sin类原子团簇的类型和大小的变化决定了α-Al二次枝晶间距的减小。The critical temperature of the melting structure transformation and the effect of the superheat temperature on the undercooling were studied by using of DSC curve. Then, the effect of the superheat treatment on the solidification structure of ZL114A alloys was discussed. The results show that with the increase of superheat treatment temperature, the undercooling increases, and the superheat treatment results in remarkable refinement of the α-Al dendrite and the particle or fibre transition of the eutectic Si. At the same cooling rate, the decrease of the second dendrite arm spacing was determined by the size and type of Aln, Sin in the melting.
