摘　　要：简要介绍了短时傅里叶变换及小波变换理论,并用此理论分析了强噪声背景下雷达弱信号检测方法,给出了相应的基函数及离散算法,最后给出了计算机模拟结果.This paper introduces the theory of short-time FFFT as well as the wavelet transform, and uses this theory to analyze the monitoring of weak signal of radar in strong-noise background. The corresponding basicfunction and discrete algorithm are also given. Finally, the simulation result is provided by computer.
