摘　　要：联合国框架下的国际空间条约、国际文件及相关国家实践和国际司法裁决共同构成了空间物体损害赔偿制度。现行的空间物体损害赔偿制度不仅明确了责任主体、求偿主体和求偿途径,也规定了空间物体损害赔偿的范围和赔偿标准及归责原则。但该制度自形成以来一直没有随着空间技术和空间活动的发展而进一步发展,因此亟待完善。Legal system on international liability for damage international space treaty and international documents and state＇s caused by space objects includes practices and international judicial decisions in the framework of UN. The existing legal system on international liability for damage caused by space objects provided not only responsible subjects and claimant subjects and claimant methods, but also the scope of liability and standards of compensation. The existing legal system has never been developed, so it is necessary to perfect and develop the legal system.
