摘  要:利用从自然海区诱捕的4307个方斑东风螺为亲螺,在体积分别为22m^3和45m^3的室内水泥池以及体积为18m^3的室外水泥池(水体总体积为4218m^3)中共获得变态2~4d的稚螺3785.4万粒,培育出变态稚螺8975粒/m^3。收集刚变态稚螺于未铺设砂层的育苗池内暂养9~12d,暂养后存活稚螺共计2281.8万粒,暂养平均成活率60.3%。暂养后稚螺再放养于铺有约3cm细砂层的水泥池中进行苗种培育41~68d,共培育出壳高0.6~1.8cm的螺苗1318.3万粒,暂养后稚螺培育成螺苗成活率57.8%;从变态2~4d稚螺培育成螺苗的成活率34.6%。A total of 4307 wild spiral shell Babylonia areoloata were induced to spawn in two 22 m^3 and 45 m^3 indoor cement breeding tanks and an outdoor 18 m^3 tanks. Totally 37.85 million postmetamorphic juven- iles(for 2 - 4 days)were produced in the 4218 m^3 breeding tanks(8975 ind./m^3). All the postmetamorphic juveniles were cultured in the tanks without sands for 9-12 days, and about 22.82 million juveniles were collected with survival rate of 60.3%. Then, the juveniles were cultured in the tanks with 3 cm thick sand bottom for 41-68 days, and about 13.18 million juveniles with shell height of 0.6-1.8 cm were collected, with survival rate of 57.8% ,while the accumulated survival rate of 34.6% from postmetamorphic to juveniles with shell height of 0.6%-1.8 cm.
