河南省牛奶生产的全要素生产率及财政支持政策研究

摘　　要：依据全国农产品生产成本调查资料,利用全国牛奶生产的超越对数投入成本距离模型,计算了中国主要省份牛奶生产的全要素生产率,并将其分解为技术进步和技术效率,重点分析河南省牛奶生产的全要素生产率、技术进步和技术效率差距,提出河南省牛奶生产的技术投资政策和方向.Using national agricultural commodity production cost survey data, this study has constructed a translog input distance cost function and estimated relevant parameters for China＇ s milk dairy farms. Based on the estimated parameters, the technological progress and technical efficiency are measured for state-owned dairy farms and specialized household diary farms, respectively. Specifically, the study focused on the technological progress and technical efficiency on Henan＇ s dairy farms. After the analysis, the study proposes a direction of technical investment, major financial support projects and long-term sustainable development mechanism for Henan dairy farms.
