摘　　要：目的研究用内固定法治疗股骨粗隆及周围严重粉碎性骨折。方法对54例患者采用内固定动力髋螺钉方法进行治疗。结果经过手术治疗后,优良率达到87.5%,恢复状况良好。结论内固定法治疗股骨粗隆及周围严重粉碎性骨折的方法值得推荐。Objective To study the internal fixation to treat troch and serious thrypsis. Methods To use DHS to internal fix the troth on 54 cases. Results After operation, 87.5% patients recoveried well. Conclusion It is recommendable to use internal fixation to treat troth and serious thrypsis.
