摘 要:目的分析纳络酮联合施捷因治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)患儿的临床疗效。方法选择120例HIE患儿,随机分为常规治疗组(常规组)与纳洛酮与施捷因联合治疗组(联合组),各60例。常规组采用常规的"三支持"、"三对症"治疗;联合组在常规治疗的基础上,联合应用纳络酮、施捷因治疗。分别测定治疗前、治疗后第3天、第7天的血清β-EP、血清NSE、血清XO等指标。结果两组治疗前后血液β-EP、NSE、XO测定结果:治疗后第3天、第7天,轻度HIE两组下降无明显差异(P>0.05),中度及重度HIE联合组较常规组明显降低,有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论纳洛酮、施捷因联合治疗能减少血液β-EP的释放,减少NSE、XO的释放,促进神经功能恢复,可作为临床治疗中重度HIE的一种有效方案。Objective To analyze the curative effect of Naloxone combined with GM-1 for HIE in neonates. Methods Totally 120 neonates were selected, and randomly divided into two groups, and 60 cases in conventional therapy group (Control Group) , 60 cases in com- bined group( treating group). "Three item of supportive treatment and three item of expectant treatment" on neonatal HIE in the conventional therapy group. The combined group were taken Naloxone and GM-1 except of those. β-EP, NSE and XO in serum were detected in third and seventh day before or after trcatment. Results β-EP, NSE and XO in serum were both lower than pretherapy in light HIE, the difference was not significant( P 〉 0.05 ). The results of middle or severe HIE were significantly lower than pretherapy in combined group than in con- ventional therapy group, difference was significant( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Naloxone combined with GM-1 for HIE can decrease dilivery- ing β-EP, NSE and XO in serum, and can promote the nerves functional recovery. It could he an effective method for middle and severe HIE.
