摘　　要：本文研究了一种新型水性聚氨酯填充剂的合成配方和工艺控制过程，以及合成工艺对产品性能的影响，并介绍了该产品的应用工艺及参考工艺配方。表２。Abstract TDI and polyether (2:25 NCO/OH) are prepolymerized at 80～100℃, then added with chain extension agent. The reaction temp. is controlled at 80～90℃, reacted for 2～3 hr. Hydrophilic dihydroxymethyl propionic acid is introduced into the mixture at 70～80℃ and the solvent is vaporized to give the title product after the neutralization.
