摘　　要：目的：建立RP-HPLC法测定飞龙掌血中氯化两面针碱的含量的方法。方法：采用Diamonsil C18色谱柱（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）,流动相为乙腈-水-0.2%磷酸二氢钠（30∶40∶30）,检测波长328 nm,流速为1.0 mL.min^-1。结果：氯化两面针碱的线性范围为0.03-0.48μg,r=0.999 9。平均加样回收率为99.33%,RSD=3.30%。结论：该法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于飞龙掌血的质量控制。Objective：To develop an HPLC method for determination of nitidine chloride from Toddalia asiatica. Methods： The determination was performed on a Diamonsil C18 column（250 mm × 4.6mm,5 μm）. Acetonitrile-water- 0.2 % monobasie sodium phosphate （30 ： 40 ： 30） was used as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1 . The UV detection wavelength was set at 328 nm. Results：The calibration curve of nitidine chloride was in good linearity over the range of 0.03 - 0.48μg（r = 0.9999）. The average recovery was 99.33% and the RSD was 3.30% （n = 5）. Conclusion：The method is accurate, simple and reproducible, and can be used to control the quality of Toddalia Asiatica .
