摘  要:研究了W18Cr4V钢表面Al_2O_3/NicCrAl复合陶瓷涂层的组织结构、成分分布及界面组织特征。结果表明:Al_2O_3/NiCrAl复合陶瓷等离子喷涂层的组织呈层片状,面层由α-Al_2O_3和少量的γ-Al_2O_3组成,层间为机械结合界面.界面处成分变化梯度较大。经激光重熔后的面层组织为单一的α-Al_2O_3柱状晶,Al_2O_3与中间合金NiCrAl间存在明显的界面反应.且界面相增多,在NiCrAl与基体间亦有新相形成;其界面均为冶金结合,层间存在着平缓的成分过渡,中间合金起到了缓解应力和避免涂层开裂的作用。The structure, characteristics of composition distribution and interface structure of Al_2O_3/NiCrAl composite ce-ramic coatings on W18Cr4V steel is studied. The results show that structure of Al_2O_3/NiCrAl composite ceramic lay-er sprayed by plasma is lamellar in shape, the face layer consists of α - Al_2O_3 and γ - Al_2O_3. There are a mechanical combination interface and a very large composition gradient between Al_2O_3 and NiCrAl, and between NiCrAl and ma-trix. There is a unitary α - Al_2O_3 columnar crystal in the face coatings cladded by laser. There is a obvious interface reaction between Al_2O_3 and NiCrAl, and the interface phase becomes more after cladded by laser. A new interface phase appears in the boundary between NiCrAl and matrix also. There is a metallurgical combination interface and a little composition gradient between Al_2O_3 and NiCrAl and between NiCrAl and matrix. The mediate alloy NiCrAl acts as a role of releasing stress and preventing coating from cracking.
