摘 要:本系统是基于AT89C52单片机的变频器控制系统,通过使用通讯模式控制变频器,本系统为USS主站,利用其本身的串口与从站设备(MM440变频器)进行通讯,MM440通过RS485串行接口接受主站控制信号。该通讯方式无需专门通讯卡(如变频器Profibus模块,CP341通讯模块)等硬件设备。本系统可以通过USS总线完成主站对从站的远程操作,如运行控制,频率修改,并能通过LED数码管显示当前变频器的频率等。在工业控制的各种设备中,一般都具有RS485通信接口。所以,此项研究有很高的可移植性,可广泛的应用于电气自动化设备的控制。The system is based on AT89C52 SCM inverter control system, through the use of communication mode control converter,the system as the master station of the USS network, using its own serial port to communications with the equipment of Sub-station(MM440 converter), MM440 through RS485 Serial interface to accept master control signal. The means of communication without specialized communications card(such as Profibus inverter module, CP341 communications module), and other hardware devices. The system can be completed the remote operation from master station to sub-tation through the USS bus, such as the Operation Control, the frequency changes, And display the current frequency converter through the LED digital. In many industrial control equipment in general have a RS485 communication interface. Therefore, this study has high portability, and can be widely used in electrical automation equipment control.
