摘　　要：本文介绍了新一代织物柔软剂──三乙醇胺脂肪酸酯秀铵盐的合成方法、性能和应用。它作为双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵（DSDMAC）的更新换代产品具有优良的性能和广泛的应用前景。This paper introduced the synthesis, proporties and applications of a new class of fabric softeners ─ triethanolamine fatty acid ester quatrnary ammonium salt. It has excellent properties and extensive applications future as the replacement of DSDMAC.
