开缝手法治疗伸膝装置外伤性粘连120例多中心临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察开缝手法治疗伸膝装置外伤性粘连的疗效。方法将240例患者随机分为试验组和对照组各120例,对照组采用常规手法松解膝关节粘连,试验组采用膝部开缝手法,即四指点穴和拔伸屈膝法,两组均每日1次,每次20分钟,14次为1个疗程,连续治疗2个疗程。结果治疗后两组膝关节活动度、膝关节功能评分、膝关节主动屈曲功能评分、膝关节功能分级评分与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),试验组较对照组下降更为明显(P<0.01);两组临床疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),试验组疗效优于对照组。结论开缝手法治疗伸膝装置外伤性粘连方法安全,疗效确切。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of the Kaifeng （relieving adhesion） hand manipulation on traumatic adhesion of extending installment of the knee. Methods Totally 240 cases were randomized into experimental group and control group with 120 in each. The control group was treated by the routine hand manipulation to relieve the knee joint adhesion while the experimental group by Kaifeng hand manipulation, i.e. four-finger pressing the points followed by knee joint extension and flexion. The treatment was given once a day, 20 minutes each time, 14 times as one course, and 2 courses in succession. Results After treatment, the movement of knee joint, scores of knee joint functions, scores of positive flexion of knee joint and functional degree of knee joint in both groups were significantly different from those before treatment （P〈0.01）, the decrease of the scores of experimental group was more significant （P〈0.01）. The difference in the therapeutic effect of two groups was significant （P〈0. 01 ）. The effect of the experimental group was superior to that of the control group. Conclusion The Kaifeng hand manipulation for the treatment of traumatic adhesion of extending installment of the knee joint was safe and effective.
