贺氏针灸三通法治疗神经根型颈椎病26例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察贺氏针灸三通法治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效,并探讨其作用机理。方法将52例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为治疗组及对照组各26例,治疗组根据其证型采用贺氏针灸三通法,对照组口服根痛平颗粒,两组均治疗两周为1个疗程。评价临床疗效、颈椎病症状评分、疼痛模拟量表评分及血液流变学。结果治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为96.1%和69.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后症状评分治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗前后全血高切黏度(cp200)差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),以治疗组下降明显。结论贺氏针灸三通法治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效确切,可改善症状,减轻患者局部疼痛,其作用机理可能与改善血液流变学有关。Objective To observe the effect of He＇s Santong method （Three ways to remove obstruction） of acupuncture for treatment of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type. Methods The 52 patients with nerve-root type cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into two groups, 26 in each. The treatment group was treated by He＇s Santong method of acupuncture while the control group was administered Gentongping Granule, 2 weeks as one course. The therapeutic effect was evaluated by comparing the scores of symptoms, visual analogue scale （VAS） and changes in hemorbeology after treatment. Results The total effective rate of the treatment and control groups was 96.1 % and 69.2% respectively with a significant difference between （P〈0.05）. The scores of symptoms of the treatment group after treatment were better than those of the control group （P〈0.05）. The difference between the two groups in high shear viscosity of blood was significant （P〈0.05）. The high shear viscosity of blood in the treatment group was lowered significantly. Conclusion He＇s Santong method of acupuncture had a definite therapeutic effect on cervical spondylosis of nerve-root type. It can relieve symptoms and pain in the local region. Its functional mechanism may be related with the improvement of hemorheology.
