摘　　要：本文根据高校的实际需求,设计并实现了大学家校通的短信互动平台。通过该平台可以为保存在平台内的用户发短信,用户也可以回复短信,从而实现教师、学生、家长之间的互动,提高学校的办公效率。This paper discusses about the requirement of application in university, and then puts forward an implementation of SMS interactive platform. In this platform, administrators can put short message to their user, and the user who receive the SMS can reply it. This platform provides a good communication way among university, teacher, student and student＇s parents. This platform also gives a chance for university to improve its efficiency.
