摘 要:将高效复合除磷材料(EPRC)应用于城市生活污水处理厂深度处理,进行了间歇性和连续性填料柱试验。结果表明:除磷率同出水pH显著相关。间歇性填料柱反应10h后出水TP稳定在0.5mg/L以下,pH升高至9~9.7。连续性填料柱出水TP随流量增大而升高,流量小于40mL/min时,出水TP稳定在0.5mg/L以下。在流量为40mL/min时,若将TP从3mg/L降至0.5mg/L以下,采用高效除磷材料的成本约为0.10元/m3。Static and dynamic filler column experiments were carried out to test the application of efficient phosphorous removal composite (EPRC) materials in advanced domestic wastewater treatment. The results showed that phosphorous removal rate was significantly correlated with pH. When reaction time was more than 10 h, TP of the effluent of static filler column remained under 0. 5 mg/L and pH increased to 9-9.7. TP of the effluent of dynamic filler column increased with the increase of flow rate, and remained under 0. 5 mg/L when flow rate was less than 40 mL/ min. If the TP decreased from 3 mg/L to 0.5 mg/L when the flow rate was 40 mL/min, the EPRC cost was about 0. 10 YUAN/m^3.
