摘　　要：本文通过对FDY纺细旦黑色涤纶丝（56dtex／24f）熔体流变性能的研究，测定了纺丝体系的各种流变参数，并探讨了色母粒含量、温度、压力及速度等工艺参数对可纺性能的影响，为生产工艺设计及工艺优化提供了理论依据。In this peper, the rheological properties of spinning melt systems for blackcolor FDY (56dtex/24f) has been Studied,and rheological parameters of this systems are measured. We probe into the spinning properties (spinnability) affected by spinning perarneters such as quantity of master-batch, temperature,pressure and SPinning s~ etc. It Provides theoretical instruCtion for technological design andimprovement.
