摘　　要：将羁縻州制州郡转化为正州制州郡,从而在大一统的版图内完全实行中央集权,这是公元2世纪以后中央王朝既定大政在唐的延续。本文以冯氏家族所控高凉地区的正州化个案,探讨唐王朝在南方边疆地区的制度安排和变迁,解读唐王朝对边疆地区管理加强的一种模式。Turning the Jimi Prefecture System into Normal Prefecture System was the Tang Dynasty’s continuation of centralization which started since 2nd Century B.C. Using the ruling Family of Feng in Gaoliang Area as a case, this paper explores the Tang Dynasty’ political reorganization in its southern frontiers, and the mode of Tang’s strengthening of its the frontiers administration.
