南盟地区的反恐合作机制及其影响

摘　　要：南亚是国际恐怖主义活动的重灾区之一,"9·11"事件后该地区的各类恐怖袭击活动更加频繁。南亚的恐怖主义活动具有非常明显的跨境背景。地区反恐合作是南亚区域合作联盟加强政治安全合作的重要内容。这一合作的逐步展开和深化将有助于南亚地区的稳定和发展,对该地区国家间关系产生深远影响,并将大大提升南盟的政治地位和发言权。南盟地区反恐合作机制的加强对于中国的国家安全也具有积极意义,并为中国参与南亚地区合作提供了更加广阔的舞台。South Asia is one of the worst affected areas by international terrorist activities,which is characterized with an apparent transnational nature.Thus,regional counter-terrorism cooperation is an important area of political and security cooperation that SAARC seeks to strengthen.The development and deepening of such cooperation is conducive to regional stability and development in South Asia,and also exerts profound influence upon the pattern of relations among the states of the region as well as greatly uplifts the political position and voice of SAARC.
