摘　　要：针对文献研究生培养过程中存在的生源短缺、培养规模偏小、培养模式单一、创新能力有待提高、导师及指导小组的作用有待强化等问题,提出教育改进方案:即采取有效措施,吸引优秀生源,扩大培养规模;改进培养模式,注重继承与创新能力培养。The paper summarizes the problems in postgraduate education of traditional Chinese medical literature, i.e. short supply of students, small scale and simplistic mode of education, unsatisfied innovative spirit, lower efficiency of supervisors and instruction groups. Suggestions of improvement have been raised, e.g. to enroll proficient students, expand educational scale, improve the training mode, and cultivate innovative spirit.
