疝环充填式无张力疝修补术术后复发的原因分析

摘　　要：目的探讨疝环充填式无张力修补术术后复发的原因及预防办法。方法对1997年12月至2006年12月9年间收治的28例行疝环充填式无张力疝修补术术后复发的手术患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果造成疝环充填式无张力疝修补术后复发的原因有3种:①遗漏疝;②首次手术时内环处较松弛,内环口较大,只用了一个网塞,导致在其周围复发;③首次手术时行疝囊高位结扎而网塞未能填入腹腔,致使疝复发。结论手术中注意以上3种因素,可减少疝环充填式无张力疝修补术术后的复发率。Objective To approach the cause and prevation methods of mesh plug tension-free hernioplasy post-operative recurrence. Methods 28 cases of mesh plug tension-free hernioplasy post-operative recurrence admitted from December 1997 to December 2006 were carried on retrospective study. Result There are 3 causes of mesh plug tension-free hernioplasy post-operative recurrence：① missed hernia②when the first operation performed,the inner inguinal ring was more fiabby,inner mouth was large and only one mesh plug was used,resulting in post-operative recurrence. ③ During the first operation, after hernia sac high ligation, mesh plug was failed to fill in the abdominal cavity, resulting in recurrence. Conclusion During operation, more attention to the above three factors can reduce the mesh plug tension-free hernioplasy post-operative recurrence rate.
