摘　　要：目的调查社区肢体残疾人居家状况,了解康复需求,为开展残疾人社区康复提供依据。方法选定上海市杨浦区殷行社区975例肢体残疾人及其主要照顾者进行入户问卷调查。结果肢体残疾人生活完全自理163例,占16.7%;需他人部分帮助518例,占53.1%;完全依赖他人帮助294例,占30.2%。致残原因中,疾病占首位,其次为创伤或意外损伤。有康复需求817例,占83.8%,按需求量大小依次为康复医疗、功能训练指导、辅助器具配发、教育及职业康复、康复知识宣传、心理辅导。结论肢体残疾人居家状况不良,残疾人社区康复服务有待进一步提高。Objective To investigate the status of inhabitation of physical disability in our community. Realize the requirement of rehabilitation.To offer the foundation to develop the rehabilitation of the handicapped in the community. Methods Single out 975 people who are physical disability and their central minder to complete the questionnaire. Results There were 163 can care for themselves absolutely account for 16.7 percent of the total; Some of the others to care themselves to be 518 cases, accounting for 53.1 percent; totally dependent on others help to be 294 cases, accounting for 30.2 percent. Causes of disability, disease of the first, followed by trauma or accident damage.There were 817 cases had the requirement of rehabilitation accounting for 83.8 percent, medical rehabilitation, functional training guide, assistive devices, education and vocational rehabilitation, rehabilitation knowledge propaganda, psychological counselling. Conclusions The status of inhabitation of physical disability was bad.The disabled community-based rehabilitation services to be further improved.
