摘　　要：对58批394人次的批量伤员进行抢救,采取快速分诊,按伤情分为不同区域进行救治,按区域配备不同资质、不同数量的护理人员,根据护理人员不同层次制订详细、明确的职责。根据伤员不同伤情准备不同的药品、器械及用物。认为有效的组织是接诊批量伤员至关重要的环节,各级各类人员职责明确,尽可能详细地做好抢救的各项准备工作,建立明确的汇报程序及保持通讯畅通,是确保成批伤员救治成功的关键。This paper introduced the management measures of rescue for 394 wounded patients in 58 batches, including providing rapid individual examination and classification, carrying out treatment measures according to their wounds in different regions, allocating different equipments, drugs and nursing staff in different regions eorrespondently, establishing detailed duties and responsibilities for different levels of nursing staff. It is suggested that effective organization was critical for the rescue of batches of wounded patients. The key points of success rescue were to specify responsibilities of nursing staff in each levels, make preparations for the rescue as detailed as possible, and set up explicit report procedure and smooth communications.
