老年痴呆患者住院期间意外事件原因分析及对策

摘　　要：目的分析住院老年痴呆患者的安全隐患,采取针对性对策,为患者提供安全、舒适的住院环境。方法找出不安全因素,对诸因素进行分析,根据分析结果采取相应措施。结果住院老年痴呆患者主要意外事件包括跌倒、冲动伤人、自伤自杀、意外走失、呛噎食等;主要因素包括疾病因素和管理。结论应对不安全因素采取有效措施,严格执行规章制度,保证患者的住院安全。Objective To analyze the risk factors of accidents in eldly hospitalized dementia patients with dementia, and take precaution measures to provide a safe and comfortable environment for them. Method The risk factors were analyzed and some precaution measures were established according to the risk factors. Results The common accidents in hospitalized dementia patients were falls, aggression,suicide, self - mutilation,escape and choke. The main reasons included disease related factors and management factors. Conclusion It is suggested to take effective precaution measures according to the risk factors and strictly follow the regulations to ensure the patient safety.
