摘　　要：目的探讨对恶性肿瘤患者陪护人员实施健康教育的有效方法,构建和谐护患关系,防范医疗纠纷。方法通过不同的健康教育方式对恶性肿瘤陪护人员进行指导。结果患者及其陪护人员的满意度提高,陪护人员获得疾病的相关知识增多,护患纠纷减少。结论对恶性肿瘤患者陪护人员实施健康教育能提高患者及其陪护人员的满意度,有效防范医疗纠纷的发生。Objective To explore the effective methods of health education for the accompanies of cancer patients, so as to construct harmonious nurse - client relationship and prevent medical disputes. Methods Multiple means of health education were provided for the accompanies of cancer patients. Results The patients as well as family members＇ satisfaction were increased, the accompanies＇ knowledge of cancer care were improved and the nursing disputes decreased significantly. Conclusions The implementation of health education for the accompanies of cancer patients can increase the patients and family members＇ satisfac- tion and prevent medical disputes effectively.
