摘 要:研究了5组滑动速度下钢-铜摩擦副在不同润滑介质作用下的摩擦学特性,发现摩擦副加有自补偿添加剂SW4和常规润滑剂具有不同的摩擦学特性:总的说,前者的钢、铜及副的磨损均比后者低得多;其相对耐磨性也随速度的增加而下降;而在某些速度下自补偿剂作用使钢出现负磨损;速度越低,磨损自补偿效应越显著。自补偿添加剂SW4能提高低速运行下钢-铜摩擦副(如丝杆螺母副、蜗轮蜗杆副)的磨损寿命。The effect of slide-speeds on the wear of a steel-copper pair was considered in this paper. The tribological characteristic of a steel-copper friction pair under 5 groups slide-speeds and 2 groups lubricants was researched. It was discovered that the tribological features of a steel-copper pair lubricated under the selfcompensation additive SW4 and the convention lubrication oil were different:within the range of the experiment slide-speeds, the wears of the steel, the copper and the pair under the lubrication of self-compensation lubricant were much lower than those under the lubrication of the convention lubricants; the relative wear resistance of the steel-copper pair decreased as the slide-speed increased; under some slide-speeds, the wear of the steel lubricated by self-compensation lubricant appeared negative number; the lower the slidespeed was,the better the effect of wear-self-compensation was. Self-compensation additive SW4 provided a effective way for increasing the wear life of the low speed steel-copper friction pairs (like screw-nut pair,worm-gear pair).
