摘　　要：目的:探讨临床药师开展临床药学服务在医院合理用药中发挥的作用。方法:通过具体实例,对我院临床药师开展的临床药学服务工作进行总结。结果:我院临床药师在药物治疗、药物监测、药品不良反应监测及用药咨询等方面发挥着重要作用,取得明显效果。结论:临床药学服务在促进合理用药和医院药学发展中起着重要作用。OBJECTIVE： To discuss the importance of the clinical pharmaceutical services provided by clinical pharmacists for rational drag use in hospitals. METHODS： Through case study, the clinical pharmaceutical services provided by clinical pharmacists in our hospital were summarized. RESULTS： The clinical pharmacists in our hospital played an important role in drug treatment, drag monitoring, monitoring of adverse drag reactions and medication consultation etc, which achieved remarkable effect. CONCLUSION： Clinical pharmaceutical services are conducive to rational drag use and hospital pharmacy development.
